Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Click the button above, enter your order number and postcode, select the items you wish to return, and confirm. You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request straight away.
You can also withdraw by contacting us via our contact page. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Please note: certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons.
